Third-Party Services We Use

The following third-party services may receive or process your personal information. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Shopify — our e-commerce platform. Shopify processes orders and stores customer data on our behalf and as an independent data controller. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. You may also exercise rights related to data processed by Shopify at the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Klaviyo — our email marketing and customer communications platform. Your name and email address are shared with Klaviyo to send you transactional and marketing emails. Klaviyo uses tracking pixels in emails to measure open rates and clicks. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. See: klaviyo.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel — we may use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, build advertising audiences, and retarget website visitors. The Pixel may collect your IP address, browser type, and pages you visit on our site, and may associate this information with your Facebook profile. You can opt out of Meta's use of your data for advertising at facebook.com/ads/preferences. See: facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Google Analytics & Google Ads — we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site and Google Ads to run advertising campaigns. These services use cookies to collect behavioral data. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. See: policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate and improve our website, personalize your experience, and serve targeted advertising. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our site.

Types of cookies we use:

  • Essential cookies — required for core website functionality such as your shopping cart and checkout session. These cannot be disabled without affecting the usability of the site.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors interact with our site (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Marketing cookies — used to deliver and measure advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Klaviyo).
  • Preference cookies — remember your settings and choices across visits.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info or optout.networkadvertising.org.

If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, depending on where you are, we will automatically treat this as a request to opt-out of data sharing for targeted advertising for the device and browser you use to visit the site. We do not recognize other "Do Not Track" signals. To learn more about Global Privacy Control, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.

Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. You may also exercise rights with respect to data processed by Shopify at the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Third-Party Websites and Links

The Services may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites. Our inclusion of such links does not imply any endorsement of the content on such platforms or of their owners or operators.

As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Security and Retention of Your Information

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.

How long we retain your personal information depends on different factors, such as whether we need the information to maintain your account, to provide you with Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce other applicable contracts and policies.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights listed below in relation to your personal information. These rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances and, in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law.
